Every Ecoco for Living order is packed by us and sent by courier to your door, anywhere in Sri Lanka. Here is how it works.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. We do not send orders outside Sri Lanka. At checkout, choose your district first and then your town from the list.
Delivery prices

The checkout shows the exact delivery charge for your address before you place your order. Payment discounts apply to the pieces only, never to delivery.
Collect from our store
Prefer to pick it up? Choose “Collect from our store” at checkout; there is no delivery charge. Our store is at 275, 1/1, Galle Road, Wellawatte, Colombo 06. Our opening hours are on our Contact page.

Our couriers
- Domex delivers cash-on-delivery orders.
- Prompt Xpress delivers orders that are already paid.
The courier calls the phone number on your order before delivering, so please give a number you will answer.
When your order arrives
- Sending: [To confirm: how soon orders are sent after they are confirmed]. Bank-transfer orders are sent once the payment reaches our account.
- Delivery time: [To confirm: the usual delivery time in Colombo and elsewhere in Sri Lanka].
Public holidays, the weather and remote addresses can add time. If your order is late, message us and we will check with the courier.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Receiving your parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is clearly damaged, take a photo before you open it and tell us straight away: our Returns and refunds page explains what happens next.

Where is my order?
If you have an account, you can see your orders and their status under My account. Otherwise, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
